This was my first time seeing Dr Ward. My PCP, Dr Marchetti was on vacation and I needed to get a pre operative physical. Dr Ward was fantastic, he took the time to listen to me, my concerns, and answer all my questions in a very caring and way. And explained things in language I could understand. He helped me to understand a few things that didn't fully make sense to me in the past. And because of that, I have made progress on an issue I have been working on for a while now.I cannot say enough great things about him, and will be recommending him to anyone who is in need of a PCP

I was unable to get in to see my primary care person. My choices were a walk-in or another HHC provider. Dr Ward was wonderful. He spent a great deal of time with me. Diagnosed my problem and suggested treatment with a follow up in 3 weeks
