Bunnies for Hunnies
In gratitude for the care they received when their babies were born, the Vass family collects stuffed rabbits, as part of their “Bunnies for Hunnies” project, to share with other families at area hospitals and community organizations. The stop at The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s NICU was especially emotional, as it was here that Julianna and Elaina were delivered six weeks early, spending two weeks in the NICU. Suzy and her family will always remember the little stuffed lambs that were given to the girls during their stay.
