The Hospital of Central Connecticut Family Health Center

Our Family Health Center at 22 Pine St., Bristol, offers a convenient primary care and walk-in medical office, an outpatient lab, radiology center, and Wound Care Center.

Outpatient Psychiatry and Behavioral Health

All programs include ongoing psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Clinical and administrative staff is fully bilingual and culturally competent. All insurances are accepted.
